Want to buy a game at a great price? Be sure to check out our preloved games.

The secondhand section is open on Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 till 17:00 .

Only payments by card are possible.

Carrying your own bags or backpacks in the secondhand market is strictly prohibited.

I want to sell a game: general info

You can add up to 25 games per person on Boardgamemarket.be
-
The minimum selling price is €5.
-
You can register games until Sunday, the 26th of July, 23:59 .
-
Mysticon charges 10% on the sale.
-
Mysticon is not responsible for theft or damage.
-
Mysticon acts as an intermediary and does not negotiate the asking price.

By participating in the sale, you agree to the rules below.​

Selling a game: submitting your game list
Follow these steps to submit your games on Boardgamemarket.

Go to the boardgamemarket.be.

Create an account on the site.
-
Activate your account via your mailbox (don't forget to check your SPAM/junk folder).

Log in.
-
Enter the games you want to sell under "My Games."

Provide the name and selling price.
-
You may offer a maximum of 25 games per person. Please respect this limit.

The minimum selling price is €5.
-
Use whole euro amounts only — not €7.50 or €6.99.

Enter your bank account number under account details (IBAN + BIC).

Before Sunday 26 July, 23:59, go to "My Games."

Check off which games you want to offer at Mysticon (maximum 25).

Select Mysticon '26.
-
Select the day on which you will bring in your games.

'Day 1' = Saturday

'Day 2' = Sunday

Select the day on which you will pick up your unsold games.

'Day 1' = Saturday

'Day 2' = Sunday

Selling a game: dropping off your games
Prepare at home:
-
Check in advance that the games are complete.
-
Put an elastic band around the box. Boxes stand upright on the shop shelves!
Bring your games to the event:
-
Drop-off is possible between 10:00 and 11:00 on the specified day.

Give your name to our staff on site. You will receive a sheet of stickers.

Stick each sticker on the correct game.
-
We will scan the QR code and place the games on the shelves.

Selling a game: during the event
The secondhand market runs for 2 days, Saturday till Sunday. You can sell your games on one or both days.

You can offer your games for the entire weekend.
-
You need an entry ticket for each day you offer your games for sale.

Games remain in the secondhand section overnight (if you offer them on both days).

The secondhand section is secured by the organisation

You can track the sale of your games on Boardgamemarket or through their app.

Selling a game: picking up unsold games
Take your unsold games back home:

You can pick up your unsold games starting at 17:00 on your specified day.
-
You must come pick up your games by 18:00 at the latest.
-
On Boardgamemarket, you can see which games have sold.
-
Remove the unsold games from the shelf.
-
We will scan the unsold games at the checkout.
-
You will receive an overview of sold and unsold games.
-
You and Mysticon will check and sign the overview.
Games not picked up automatically become the property of Mysticon. We then donate them to a good cause.

Selling a game: payment
We want to limit waiting lines. Payment is therefore handled digitally.

We will transfer the money to your bank account within 10 days.

Make sure your bank account number is correct. You entered this on Boardgamemarket
-
Mysticon withholds 10% of the total amount. If you sell €50 worth of games, we transfer €45.
-
Mysticon is not responsible for the completeness of games or for missing or damaged games. No compensation is provided.

Mysticon does everything possible to prevent this through supervision and a dedicated checkout.

Bags are not allowed in the secondhand market
