  • Do I need a ticket to participate as a seller or buyer?
    To sell or buy games, you must have a valid ticket for that day.
  • What if I have fewer than 15 games to sell?
    That’s perfectly fine. You can bring any number up to 15.
  • When can I deliver my games?
    You can deliver your registered games to the Second-Hand Market stand during the following intake hours: Friday: 12:00 – 14:00 Saturday: 10:00 – 12:00 Sunday: 10:00 – 12:00 Please ensure your games are securely sealed and clearly indicate any missing components or damage on the box.
  • When can I pick up my unsold games?
    You must pick up your unsold games on the same day you deliver them, during the following outtake hours: Friday: 18:00 – 20:00 Saturday: 18:00 – 20:00 Sunday: 16:00 – 20:00 Even if you plan to sell games on multiple days, unsold games must be collected daily.
  • What if I want to sell games on multiple days?
    You can sell games on multiple days, but you must register your games separately for each day and collect your unsold games at the end of each day during the outtake hours.
  • What happens if I forget to pick up my unsold games?
    If you do not collect your unsold games by the end of the outtake period on the same day, they may be considered abandoned and will be handled at Mysticon’s discretion. If you anticipate any delays, please contact us in advance.
  • Can I change my prices after I submit the registration form?
    No, the prices are final once submitted. Please review carefully before finalizing your registration.
  • Do I need to stay at the festival all day, or can I drop off and pick up without staying?
    You’re not required to stay at the festival, but you must have a valid ticket for the day you’re selling games. You can drop off your games and return during the pick-up window. Keep in mind that you’ll need a ticket to re-enter the festival grounds.
  • How soon after the festival will I receive payment for my sold games?
    Payments are typically processed within one week after the event. If there’s any delay or issue with receiving your payment, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
  • Can I pay in cash for the games I buy?
    No, all transactions are cashless. You can pay using your bank card or a QR code-compatible app.
  • Is there a place where buyers can briefly inspect the games before purchasing?
    Buyers may look at the sealed boxes, but we ask that they do not open or unpack games to keep everything secure and intact. Sellers are encouraged to clearly note any defects on the box.
  • Can I check the condition of a game before buying it?
    Yes, you can inspect games before purchasing them at the Second-Hand Market. However, once a game is purchased, the sale is final. Mysticon cannot verify whether parts were missing or damage occurred before or after the sale. For privacy reasons, information about the seller will not be shared with the buyer and vice versa.
  • What happens if a game is incomplete or damaged?
    All sales are final. Mysticon is not responsible for missing parts or damages to games sold at the Second-Hand Market. Please inspect the games carefully before buying.
  • How is the commission used?
    MystiCon takes a 10% commission on all sales at the Second-Hand Market. This helps cover the costs of organizing the market and supporting the festival, ensuring a great experience for all attendees.
